Sun Country Puppy Questionnaire

The purpose of these questions is to help me get to know you better and make sure the puppy will go to a responsible, loving, and happy home best suited to its individual needs.

All questions must be answered to the best of your ability before consideration for a puppy will be given.

Please fill out this questionnaire, if your have an interested in a Sun Country puppy.
You might check if we have a litter coming if none are listed, or there might be a wait of a few months before we have a litter available. We screen all applicants before placing them on our waiting list. When a litter is born, we take a deposit to hold your puppy until 8 weeks of age. You may visit the kennel before the puppies are born; visits are not allowed again until the pups are 5 weeks old. All puppies are temperament tested to better match you with the right puppy.
